• Watchstudio only deals in authentic luxury watches.
• All brand new watches from Watchstudio are delivered in their original packaging, including the presentation box, instruction documents and official manufacturer's warranty certificate, unless otherwise mentioned in the description of an individual watch on the website.
• Watchstudio is not an authorised dealer for any brand listed on this website.

Ordering:

• Watches are sold on "first come, first serve" basis.
• Send us an e-mail enquiring about availability.
• E-mails will be answered as soon as possible.
• If a timepiece is available, it will be placed on hold for you.
• Make necessary payment arrangements and inform us once payment was submitted.
• The watch will be shipped within next business day, after funds are cleared.
• We will provide shipping tracking number.
• Please confirm you've received the watch.

  Watchstudio reserves the right to request a deposit payment at the time the customer places an order, unless the watch is in stock and ready to ship. The customer is required to pay the full purchase price to Watchstudio before an order is shipped.

Shipping:

• Watchstudio ships all watches to customers by FedEx or DHL Express posts.As soon as a watch is despatched to Express post, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the tracking number so that the customer can track the shipment online at any time.
• All shipments are fully insured by Watchstudio. In case of loss of an insured item a refund will be issued after investigation is completed and insured amount paid by the insurance company.
• The customer may collect a purchase in Switzerland if preferred. For further details about collection, please e-mail info@watchstudio.ch

Returns:

• We will accept returns within 72 hours from the moment of purchase.
  Watches can be returned if found not in compliance with description. Watches must be in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of the watches and after inspections were done. There are no implied warranties. All new watches will be guaranteed as to their authenticity.

Consignments:

• We are always accepting consignments. If you have a fine watch that you want to sell, we will sell it for you. We will market your watch on our web site and our private customers. There are no extra fees for selling your watch with us. Whatever the price we agreed upon, is the amount you would receive once the watch was sold.
